Hacking Source --

Finally, I'm gonna write a bit about the old community Hacking Source.


Hacking Source did start in the '05, by the guy called CrAzY .
CrAzY was also known as Tony or Antony ..
Some said he was rich, but, I really don't know about that fact.
It did start with the mainpage, http://www.hackingsource.net - and the forum:
http://forum.hackingsource.net ..
One of the first moderators there, was a guy called Butji - just to mention that :P

Hacking Source did of course not start with any members at all. But then some people joined because they've heard that Hacking Source did provide Private Servers for World of Warcraft.
People, like me, was like: "Wtf! Own server and pwnzzz liek teh gmz+1+1?!" -
Well, a lot of people came by.
Before all the Wacraft stuff, it was a Delta forum . With hacks and such for Delta.
I did join when the first Private Server guide came out (in the beginning of '06).
I was reading a lot in the start, and I did not post stupid questions or anything - I tried to follow the guide, and I was trying to find things out by myself.
- After a looong while, I was very good at the populated Emulator, called MaNGOS.
I could do basically everything possible with that emu, and then, people called me for a expert.
I was posting a lot on Hacking Source - and I helped about ~120 people with private servers in the time .
Then, hacking source got upgraded a bit!
They did change http://forum.hackingsource.net to http://www.hsforum.net - and CrAzY did advertise a bit everywhere it was possible ;)
We got on the top 10 on Xtremetop100, but because we had "Hack" including in our name, we couldn't stay on the list, so they did remove our advertisement on that site .
I was like: "Yeah, and so what? I will keep posting guide, and I'll try to advertise on some other forums" .
I kept posting, and posting, and posting - and one day, CrAzY said to me (on the forum) - Add me on AIM: **CENSORED** .
He promoted me to a Global Moderator for the Hacking Source Forums.
It was hard work - but, there was four other guys .

They were some cool guys ..
- I kept posting, while moderating - and I did also help a lot of people..
But then suddenly, people said in the Staff Forum:
Jonse should be removed from his Moderator Position
Yeah.. Jonse was my original name.
They had their arguments -
"He do not speak probably english, and he sucks at modding".
So I said to CrAzY, take my Mod powers off for ONE week, and then lets see what happens.
As I thought, it all went wrong .
1000 leechers joined, and 1230+ flaming posts around the forums .
The guy that did argue against my mod position, was shocked.
I did get my moderator position back, and I did clear up the forums pretty much.

As moderator, I had to ban my E-Friends sometimes. Pretty hard, but that's what I was going to do as a mod - Banning rulebreakers was my job.

It was like that in a long time, and people made projects and so on, and it was all good - CrAzY did start some VIP Giveaways - he gave some very cool stuff away to the VIP's.
It was all going well, and more l33t people joined .

But then, ONE DAY IT ALL WENT WRONG
CrAzY did shut down everything. No one did hear nothing - we all had theories, and then one day, I saw a post from CrAzY on a HS-a-like forum (mgt-web.com), where he did say:
"Sorry to all Hacking Source members. I don't wanna hack anymore, and I need more time for my social life, and I need to take care of my girlfriend. I'm not interrested in starting it up again, and nor in selling it out.
I just don't want to hack anymore. Sorry guys 'n girls." - CrAzY.

I was shocked, and I was looking for a new site - and I did found my old login information for MMOwned, and here I am .


That was the history of Hacking Source. There's probably more ;)
